Buying retail . . . .
We only sell in Florida, in keeping with our belief that you should "eat local". Food provided from a farmer near you is best eaten in the same locale. The savings in petroleum, clean air, and the more humane treatment of the animals are all goals our Ranch pursues. There is something to be said for the French food concept of "terroir" -- that food is unique to a place, and we think that of our beef and lamb.
Delivery is the next concern. We can deliver to you if you give us a Florida address and pay the shipping cost. To ship meat, it should be frozen (we do that) and overnight shipped with dry ice. This can be expensive. Give us your zip when you call, and we will give you a shipping cost estimate.
If you live within about fifty miles of us, you may just want to personally pick up the cuts you seek. Of course, if you buy bulk, we will deliver to you without charge within 100 miles of DeLand. Or meet you somewhere within that radius if you live beyond it.
