This is a photo album of our family and our helpers, past and present. These people are the life of our ranch. The ranch has only four full time workers. Dale Smith, Trisha Strawn and David and Fran Strawn. We contract with other folks to help us on special jobs.
I don't see our organization as a "tree" but more like a globe, in which each of us circulates, sometimes the Most Important Person, other times a Most Important Helper. It depends on what the job is as to how important any one of us might be at the moment.
Lots of the time, my job is to be an observer, offering ideas (good and bad!) to the person primarily responsible for the job at hand. I am fortunate to have surrounded myself with smart people, who can answer my questions and satisfy my endless curiosity!
